Next-Generation Functional Yarns with Intelligent Climate Control The Functional Yarn category represents the pinnacle of our textile research and development, shifting performance from post-processing coatings directly into the fiber core. This premium collection features IntelliTherm™—our active temperature-regulating yarn utilizing NASA-originated Phase Change Material (PCM) technology that dynamically absorbs or releases heat between 19.6°C and 20.0°C. IntelliTherm™ is an active temperature-regulating fabric developed from NASA-originated phase-change material (PCM) technology. PCMs encapsulated into textile fibers dynamically absorb or release heat.
Above 19.6°C, PCMs melt and absorb heat for cooling. Below 20.0°C, they solidify and release stored heat for warmth. This solves the pain point of clothing feeling "too hot or too cold."
Key indicators: enthalpy > 20 J/g, contact cooling 0.2–0.3 J/cm², cooling duration ≥ 30 minutes.
