The official from the Municipal Bureau of Commerce emphasized that innovation serves as the primary driver of development. Enterprises are encouraged to increase their R&D investment, particularly in the dyeing and finishing sector—a critical process for enhancing the value-added of textiles—which should focus on cutting-edge areas such as eco-friendly technologies, functional finishes, and smart manufacturing to accelerate technological upgrades.
